Magical Mosaics Canada: Refund & Return Policy

At Magical Mosaics Canada, we strive to provide a seamless, creative experience. To ensure fairness to our customers, staff, and instructors, we have established the following guidelines for our workshops and products.

1. Workshop Classes

Applicable to: Turkish Mosaic Lamp Workshops

We understand that plans can change. Our refund and rescheduling structure is designed to balance flexibility for our guests with the logistical requirements of our studio and workshops.

2. DIY Lamp Kits and Supplies

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Magical Mosaics DIY experience. If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

Products that are not returned within the 14-day period will not be accepted for a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

The kit and/or supplies must be in the exact condition in which they were received: unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

All returns are subject to approval upon inspection.

A $35 administration and processing fee applies to all returns and refunds for DIY Lamp Kits and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Return Shipping & Design Preferences

Standard Returns: For requests based on a change of mind, disliking a specific design, or choosing a different aesthetic after purchase, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the customer wishes to exchange the item for a different product, design, or style, the customer is also responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred as part of the exchange. This includes both the return shipping cost for the original item and the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your kit or supplies arrive defective or damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, Magical Mosaics Canada will review the issue and may cover return shipping costs or provide an appropriate replacement or remedy.

To be eligible for evaluation, the customer must provide clear photo and/or video evidence showing the defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Magical Mosaics Canada reserves the right to assess the submitted evidence before approving any replacement, refund, or other remedy.

3. General Terms & Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on sale items, workshop merchandise, or other products clearly identified as final sale at the time of purchase.

Processing Time

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

For DIY Lamp Kits, a $35 administration and processing fee will be deducted from all approved returns and refunds.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 10–30 business days for the refund to appear, depending on the policies and processing times of your payment provider.
